Life Jackets Great
Short and pretty great.
As for a music editor to use music for flashes you can just google music editors and test some out.
You can also use audio on Newgrounds (at http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/) you can download some. (you can even download mine if you like: http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/liste n/297833)
